Amanda Kastler became the first female partner at Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP in 2014, following more than a decade of dedication and advancement within the firm. Beginning her career as a junior accountant in 2003, she now plays a vital role in mentoring emerging professionals and contributes to the firm’s quality control team for accounting and auditing.

Amanda specializes in audits for nonprofit, for-profit, and government-funded organizations, with deep expertise in internal control analysis and Uniform Guidance audits. She has spearheaded fraud prevention initiatives, advised clients on risk management, and presented at over 15 community seminars on internal and external fraud. A committed advocate for equity in the profession, she launched an internal women’s initiative aimed at supporting and retaining women in public accounting. Her thought leadership has been recognized by the AICPA, which published her article, “How Women (and Firms) Can Break the Glass Ceiling.”

A graduate of Drury University, Amanda holds a BA in Accounting with minors in Criminology, Business Administration, and Global Studies. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Yellow Book Audit Certified. She currently serves on the board of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation and has previously held leadership roles with Harmony House and Drury University’s Breech School of Business.

Her professional affiliations include the AICPA, the Missouri Society of CPAs, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Amanda is a former board member of Arvest Bank and has received numerous accolades, including Springfield Business Journal’s Most Influential Women, Biz 417’s Women Who Mean Business, and the Missouri Society of CPAs’ Women to Watch – Experienced Leader award.
