Steve Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial finance. Much of his career was spent in senior leadership roles at two growing regional banks, where he played a key role in doubling their asset size through strategic acquisitions and overhauling core operational processes. At Raven, he contributes a deep understanding of debt and equity markets, a sharp focus on enhancing cash flows, and strong capabilities in evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities. In addition to his capital markets and M&A expertise, Steve has a solid background in real estate investment analysis, deal sourcing, and execution. He lives in Springfield, Missouri, with his family.
